• How it resolvesResolves YES if before December 31, 2026 the federal government formally creates, by executive decree published in the DOF or by a law passed and published in the DOF, a National AI Agency or equivalent body with functions of oversight or regulation of AI in Mexico. Resolves NO if by December 31, 2026 no such body exists with a published act of creation, including cases where it is only announced or contemplated in an unapproved initiative.
