The announced date may be in or out of 2026; what matters is that the official announcement is made during the market period. They don't count: unofficial proposals, tentative schedules, press rumors, or statements by officials without a formal communication from the electoral body. It is verified by an official statement from the CNE; failing that, the Reuters report. Resolve No if there is no qualified official announcement in the period.
