Resolves «No» if: at that instant no such repository exists. Edge case: what counts is whether the repository is public at the cutoff instant. A repository made public after the cutoff resolves «No», even if Hugging Face shows an earlier creation date. What counts and what does not: it counts if anyone with an account can download it, even if they must accept a license. The version Moonshot publishes as the official open-weight version of Kimi K3.1 Pro counts, even if it is different from the version in its API (for example, because of safety changes).
