Resolution criteria

• How it resolvesResolves Yes if, between the opening of this market for trading (the date and time its status changes to open on Pálpito) and December 31, 2026 at 23:59 Mexico City time (05:59:00 UTC on January 1, 2027), the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the National Union of Social Security Workers (SNTSS) close the 2026 salary review of the Collective Labor Agreement with a general increase to the tabular salary, applicable to all job categories, greater than 2.9%, and that agreement is approved by the workers in the vote or deposited with the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registration (CFCRL). If the increase is paid in stages, the sum of the stages agreed in that review counts. An increase of exactly 2.9% resolves No. The following do not count: increases only for some job categories; increases in benefits, bonuses, rent support or other items other than the tabular salary; and an offer that is not approved or deposited within the period. Resolves No in any other case. Resolution source: the IMSS press releases (imss.gob.mx); backup source: the CFCRL (centrolaboral.gob.mx) and the SNTSS press releases. If the press releases do not separate the tabular salary percentage, or if the IMSS and the SNTSS give different figures, the document deposited with the CFCRL prevails.
