• How it resolvesResolves Yes if the Labor Party (PT) registers with the National Electoral Institute (INE) a coalition agreement with Morena for the 2027 federal congressional election, and that agreement is approved by the INE's General Council, on or before January 31, 2027, 23:59 Mexico City time (05:59:00 UTC on February 1, 2027). The INE's deadline to submit the coalition-agreement registration request is January 4, 2027. Resolves No if the PT does not register a coalition with Morena, whether because it runs alone, joins a different coalition, or the agreement is rejected by the General Council.
