Market context

In Brazil the dollar moves with politics and is around R$5.04. Where does it close on Friday, October 30? Each level resolves on its own and only the closing PTAX of that day counts.

Resolution criteria

• How it resolvesResolves "Yes" if the closing sell PTAX (dollar/real) of the Banco Central do Brasil of Friday, October 30, 2026 is strictly above R$4,9500. Resolves "No" if it is less than or exactly equal to R$4,9500 (it must be exceeded). Reference price: the closing sell PTAX (PTAX de venda de fechamento), the official rate of the day that the Banco Central do Brasil calculates from the average of the foreign-exchange market and publishes around 13:15 (Brasília time). Only that value of October 30 counts: not the intraday, commercial or aggregator price. If there is no PTAX that day, the one of the immediately following business day is used. The levels in this group are independent: they can all resolve Yes, all No, or any combination.
