Resolution criteria

• How it resolvesResolves Yes if the United States formally expels a Brazilian diplomat accredited in its territory before September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET), including a declaration of persona non grata. A mere visa revocation or denial of entry, without a formal expulsion, does not count as an expulsion. The announcement of the expulsion is sufficient, regardless of whether the actual departure occurs later. Resolves No if no such expulsion occurs before that date.
