Resolution criteria

• How it resolvesThis market resolves using the FIX exchange rate (pesos per dollar) that the Bank of Mexico determines on Friday, September 25, 2026, officially published in Mexico's Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) as the "exchange rate to settle obligations denominated in foreign currency". Due to the publication mechanics, the FIX of September 25 appears in the DOF edition of the next business day, Monday, September 28, 2026 (the DOF publishes it with a one-business-day lag); it is the same number as the FIX of September 25. It is looked up in the DOF by date 28/09/2026. The DOF value dated 25/09/2026 is not used (that corresponds to the previous business day's FIX), nor the spot, intraday or over-the-counter price, nor press reports or aggregators. It resolves "Yes" if that value is strictly greater than $17.20 pesos per dollar. It resolves "No" if it is less than or exactly equal to $17.20. It is compared using the 4 official decimals. If no FIX is determined on September 25 due to a non-business day, the FIX determined on the immediately preceding business day is used. The three levels of this group (> $17.20, > $17.30, > $17.40) are independent.
