Resolves Yes if there is an official publication by Sergio 'Checo' Pérez, Cadillac, Formula 1 or the FIA, released between 1 October and 1 November 2026, presenting a Checo Pérez helmet design associated with the 2026 Mexican Grand Prix, and that design has NOT been used in any previous race of the 2026 Formula 1 season. For the purposes of this market, ONLY races (Sunday, race day) count as previous use: a design seen exclusively in free practice, qualifying, sprint races, sprint qualifying or private testing still counts as new. Resolves No if no such official publication exists within that window. THE OFFICIAL PUBLICATION IS ENOUGH: it does not matter whether Checo Pérez subsequently starts the race, retires, is disqualified or fails to take the start; nor is he required to actually wear the helmet on track. No particular theme is required (Mexican, Day of the Dead or any other): it is enough that the design is new as defined above.
