Don Goyo has been at his usual level for years: Yellow Phase 2, with daily exhalations, his fumarole and an exclusion radius of 12 km that no one should cross. Resolution criteria

• How it resolvesResolve Yes if CENAPRED officially raises the Popocatépetl Volcanic Alert Traffic Light to Yellow Phase 3, Red Phase 1 or Red Phase 2 on or before August 31, 2026, 23:59 (Mexico City time), according to their official reports and statements. You only need to reach any of these levels once during the period; a subsequent return to Amarillo Phase 2 or lower does not reverse the resolution. Resolve No if the traffic light stays yellow Phase 2 or lower for the entire period.
